Oil pastel | In this work, anatomy becomes the bridge between science and art, a reminder of the intersection between the tangibles and intangibles. The shifting blue-green hues evoke a sense of cool precision intermingled with fluidity and adaptability, while the silver accents lend movement to the piece. Medicine is a science of diagnosing and healing, but also an art of seeking to understand the human experience. Here, the body is a biological system, a canvas and a masterpiece.
